RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means returns must be postmarked within fourteen days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us at info@collectorsproshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Mail your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It is mandatory that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Opened products
- Custom products
- Products damaged in transit
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For defective or damaged products, contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
